The 2025 Graduation Gala in Progress

On the evening of June 13, the School of Information and Control Engineering held the 2025 Graduation Gala, themed “Embarking on a New Voyage with Morning Light and Boundless Horizons,” in Lecture Hall A01 of the School’s main building. The event was attended by Sun Yunxiao, Deputy Secretary of the School Party Committee; Chen Ping, Associate Dean; Guan Yu, Director of the Student Affairs Office; graduation-year counselors Qi Haoyu, Li Fei, and Wang Chen; as well as counselors from other cohorts. They gathered to celebrate this special occasion with the graduates of the Class of 2025.

On behalf of the School, Deputy Party Secretary Sun Yunxiao delivered a speech extending congratulations to the graduating class as they embark on a new journey. He conveyed his heartfelt expectations for the graduates, along with sincere care and best wishes. The gala opened with the dance performanceNobody Knows, which immediately energized the audience. Songs such asTwenty-Two andContentment stirred deep emotions, expressing reflections on youth with touching melodies. Dance performances includingWhiplash andThe Chase radiated youthful vitality and energy. The intermission featured entertaining interactive games, such as “Name That Tune” and “Charades,” which further enlivened the festive atmosphere. Toward the end of the evening, graduation counselors performed the songGoodbye, offering heartfelt blessings and affectionate farewells.

This graduation gala was not only a warm tribute from the School of Information and Control Engineering to the Class of 2025, but also a treasured chapter in the collective memory of the graduates’ youth.
