报告人简介:

徐宏力,中国科学技术大学教授,国家自然科学基金委优青基金获得者。近年来,作为负责人主持了国家自然科学基金项目(4项)、博士后特别资助等10多个项目,作为核心技术骨干参与了国家973、国家863、国家科技重大专项、国家发改委CNGI示范项目、国家自然科学重点基金等十余个重点项目。获省部级科技进步二等奖,ICNP等多个会议的最佳论文奖。

主要研究方向是未来网络与大数据,已在主流的国际期刊(包括IEEE/ACM Trans.等)和会议(包括INFOCOMICNPIWQoS等)上发表SCI/EI论文120多篇,包括IEEE/ACM Trans.论文18篇,CCF A类论文22篇,B类论文17篇。2018年以来,4篇论文共16次入选IEEE/ACM Trans. on Networking的受欢迎论文。授权专利22项。担任国际顶级期刊IEEE JSAC的“网络虚拟化”系列专刊的副编辑。

报告摘要:

Due to flow dynamics, a software defined network (SDN) may need to frequently update its data plane so as to optimize various performance objectives, such as load balancing. In this paper, we address the real-time route update, which jointly considers the optimization of flow route selection in the control plane and update scheduling in the data plane. We formulate the delay-satisfied route update (DSRU) problem, and design two algorithms with bounded approximation factors. We implement the proposed methods on our SDN testbed, and compare the performance through extensive simulations.
